Description	SAP97 Antibody (YA2731) is a biotin-conjugated non-conjugated IgG antibody, targeting SAP97, with a predicted molecular weight of 100 kDa (observed band size: 140 kDa). SAP97 Antibody (YA2731) can be used for WB experiment in human, mouse, rat background.
Background	The related gene encodes a multi-domain scaffolding protein that is required for normal development. The protein may have a role in septate junction formation, signal transduction, cell proliferation, synaptorelated genesis and lymphocyte activation. A multitude of transcript variants deriving from alternative splicing and the use of multiple alternate promoter have been observed, including some splice variants that may be specific to brain and other tissues. An upstream uORF may regulate translation at some splice variants of The related gene.
