Description	Reptin Antibody (YA3348) is a biotin-conjugated non-conjugated IgG antibody, targeting Reptin, with a predicted molecular weight of 51 kDa (observed band size: 48 kDa). Reptin Antibody (YA3348) can be used for WB experiment in human, mouse background.
Background	The related gene encodes the second human homologue of the bacterial RuvB related gene. Bacterial RuvB protein is a DNA helicase essential for homologous recombination and DNA double-strand break repair. Functional analysis showed that The related gene product has both ATPase and DNA helicase activities. The related gene is physically linked to the CGB/LHB related gene cluster on chromosome 19q13.3, and is very close (55 nt) to the LHB related gene, in the opposite orientation.
