Description	OS9 Antibody (YA1939) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA1939), targeting OS9, with a predicted molecular weight of 76 kDa (observed band size: 83,97 kDa). OS9 Antibody (YA1939) can be used for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP experiment in human, mouse, rat background.
Background	The related gene encodes a protein that is highly expressed in osteosarcomas. The protein binds to the hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1), a key regulator of the hypoxic response and angiorelated genesis, and promotes the degradation of one of its subunits. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
