Description	GMEB1 Antibody (YA2942) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA2942), targeting GMEB1, with a predicted molecular weight of 63 kDa (observed band size: 80 kDa). GMEB1 Antibody (YA2942) can be used for WB, IP experiment in human background.
Background	The related gene encodes a member of KDWK related gene family which associates with GMEB2 protein. The GMEB1-GMEB2 complex is essential for parvovirus DNA replication. Studies in rat for a similar related gene suggest that The related gene's role is to modulate the transactivation of the glucocorticoid receptor when it is bound to glucocorticoid response elements. Three alternative spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms exist.
