Description	GLB1 Antibody (YA2816) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA2816), targeting GLB1, with a predicted molecular weight of 76 kDa (observed band size: 95 kDa). GLB1 Antibody (YA2816) can be used for WB, FC experiment in human, mouse, rat background.
Background	The related gene encodes a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 35 family of proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, at least one of which encodes a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to related generate the mature lysosomal enzyme. The enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of a terminal beta-linked galactose residue from ganglioside substrates and other glycoconjugates. Mutations in The related gene may result in GM1-gangliosidosis and Morquio B syndrome.
